- Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
When returning an item, you will need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number, receipt or delivery note).
Please note that custom, promotional or clearance items may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page or contact our customer service for specific information. - Return Process
If you decide to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team via email or online customer service to inform us of your return request and provide your order number.
Confirm Return Authorization: Our customer service team will verify the return request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns without an authorization number will not be processed.
Packing items: Please ensure that the returned item is in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags and instructions. Make sure the item is not damaged for a smooth return.
Mailing returns: Send the item back to the return address provided by customer service. The return cost is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to use a tracked mail method to prevent loss.
Waiting for processing: We will process your return request within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item and refund your payment account.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned item and confirming that it is eligible for return. Refunds are usually refunded to the account you used when paying within 5-7 business days.
The refund amount will be the original price of the item, minus possible shipping or restocking fees (if applicable).
If you choose to pay for your order by credit card or third-party payment method, the refund will be made to the same payment method. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the item (for example, a different size, color or style), please contact our customer service team for more information. We will do our best to provide you with an exchange service, depending on the specific situation. - Return costs
Domestic returns: Return costs are usually borne by the customer. Please refer to the delivery method you choose for the specific return postage amount.
International returns: International returns have higher postage and return costs are borne by the customer.
Please make sure that the mailing service you use has tracking function to ensure the safe return of the package. If the returned product is lost due to mailing problems, we will not be able to refund. - Ineligible returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used, damaged or not in their original condition.
Specially customized or personalized items.
Discounted promotional items (if clearly marked as not acceptable for return).
Personal care products (such as skin care products, cosmetics, etc.) with opened or damaged packaging.
