- How do I place an order?
Select the item you are interested in and click through to the item details page.
Select the desired quantity and any relevant options (such as color, size, etc.), then click “Add to Cart”.
Go to the shopping cart page, confirm the item and quantity are correct, and click “Checkout”.
Follow the prompts to fill in your delivery information and select a payment method, and then submit your order. - Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted and confirmed, we will start processing it as soon as possible. Due to the fast processing speed of orders, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please make sure to check the order details before submitting it. - How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking number in the email to check the delivery progress of your order on the courier’s website. - How do I modify my account information?
Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings page.
From here, you can update your personal information, contact information, and password.
Please ensure that your information is accurate so that you can receive your orders and other important notifications. - What is your shipping policy?
We offer domestic and international shipping services.
Domestic orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, and you can view details during checkout.
